I’m Cristin, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health coach, but most importantly, I’m a busy wife and mom and know how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health goals.

As a former college athlete and Biology major, I know there’s no one size fits all approach to health and fitness.

Since 2018, I’ve been working with clients to personalize a plan that works with their lifestyles to meet their goals and I’d love to help you.
