I’m Cristin, a certified personal trainer, run coach, and health and nutrition coach. More importantly, I’m a busy wife and mom who understands how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health.
With a background as a former college athlete and Biology major, I know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. Since 2018, I’ve worked with clients to build personalized plans that fit their lifestyles, support their goals, and are sustainable long term.
