With Nutrition Coaching let’s remove the mystery around food. We’ll come up with a plan for grocery shopping, meal prepping, cooking, and more to help you make mindful and satisfying eating decisions.
With Health Coaching we will take a holistic approach to improving your overall life. This could include reversing a health diagnosis through lifestyle changes, learning how to create healthy habits sustainable for life, developing strategies to reduce stress and improve sleep. We will look at the whole self to make lifelong changes.
If you are looking for strength training, and prefer to be motivated in a group setting this is your class. Group sessions are currently held on Monday evenings at 5:30 PM. The class runs through a series of strength movements targeting the full body in an hour-long circuit style class. The focus of this class is nail the movements in a slow and controlled fashion while keeping your heartrate in zone 2.

This style of coaching is perfect for the person who frequently travels, or has a busy lifestyle making it hard to schedule in-person personal training sessions. Virtual coaching clients receive workouts through a mobile app. Track your workouts, daily activity, meals, body composition, etc. through your very own mobile app. Workouts are programmed on a weekly basis by your trainer, taking into account your travel/work/family life schedule and your previous progress. Video demos are included giving you a cost effective option to almost-personal training.
